Kimberly Jones

With over two decades in the field of aging services, Kimberlys experience and understanding of elder issues are unique and extensive. Kimberly began her career at the Council On Aging Orange County as a Long Term Care Ombudsman operating under federal and state law to investigate and resolve complaints on behalf of residents in nursing homes and assisted living facilities. In the corporate forum, Kimberly fulfilled the role of Director with a national skilled healthcare firm developing and administering policies and processes for elders and those with special needs. She is a commissioned provider to the California Judicial Administration Family Court, referred to as cases necessitating psychosocial assessments and documented analysis of interactions for court review. Kimberly’s entrepreneurial, corporate, and nonprofit experience are vital factors that contribute to successful outcomes for her clients as she understands the challenges from the provider and consumer perspective.
